MHA uses feedback mechanisms—including hotlines and suggestion channels where available—community meetings, and feedback tracking, and adapts services based on priorities communities identify. Activities include participatory needs assessments, support to community committees and volunteers, and clear communication on assistance criteria, timelines, and safety. We promote complaint handling, responsive follow-up, and outreach that reaches vulnerable groups.
