Logistics & Operations — program

Operations and logistics keep MHA present where road access is limited—including islands reachable by canoe—while adhering to fleet, stock, and security policies. Teams coordinate dispatch, warehousing, and movement planning with program leads so shelter, NFI, WASH, and other inputs move on time; distributions in communities are implemented with the Shelter & NFI and thematic teams to uphold accountability and safe last-mile delivery.
